The hotel was in a peaceful position next to the best beaches, lovely gardens providing a tranquil haven for guests and the ocean before breakfast. It also was right in the centre of things.

Overall a very relaxing stay for a vacation. Clean hotel in a historic building close enough to the ocean before breakfast as well as Venice boardwalk. Amazing and particularly good location close to Abbot Kinney Boulevard restaurants. Well decorated and impressive rooms with balconies and a comfy bed and private bath. Amazing facilities.

The room was tastefully decorated and airy here with a comfy bed. They offered me fresh fruit, eggs, and bacon.

Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep and an impressive room. The breakfast was extraordinary, especially the delicious orange juice. Plus, there were plenty of good options to choose from, making it a wonderful start to the day! 🍊

A really lovely way to end my weekend. Really helpful and very helpful stuff and management. Large rooms, delicious and extraordinary breakfast. Comfy bed, a clean bathroom. Unbeatable and excellent location for visiting restaurants and bars. A lot of food options within walking distance of the venue. Very easy to get from Los Angeles International airport, just 0.5 miles.

It's reasonably spacious trendy boutique hotel, everything is perfectly fine here. Its location in lovely gardens providing a tranquil haven for guests is historic and prime.

The location of this hotel is incredible, just a minute's walk from Venice Beach. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby and you can even take a leisurely stroll along the canal just 10 minutes away. The staff at this hotel made our stay even better. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, with a lovely garden view, a large bookcase, and a flatscreen TV. We especially enjoyed sitting down and enjoying the free evening glass of wine, a nice touch that adds to the overall excellent value for money at this hotel.

The hotel was in a marvellous location near lovely gardens providing a tranquil haven for guests, the canal and Abbot Kinney and Santa Monica Pier. And also it was 500 metres or so from Venice Beach: )

Lovely way to finish our weekend. The staff was really friendly and the hotel was a great spot for celebrating a birthday. We especially liked chilling out on the patio. 🎉

The grand old house with a lovely garden, friendly and welcoming staff, close proximity to the beach, good parking, feels like a home away from home, delicious breakfast.

Our stay at Venice Beach House was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Venice skate park, and yet it's in a quiet block. The house itself is incredible, with beautiful interior design and a lovely garden. The included breakfast was simple yet delicious. The welcoming team was friendly and helpful, even offering to iron my shirt for an important meeting. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Venice.

I recently stayed at a beachside B&B during Easter and it was amazing! The location was the best part - just steps away from the beach and close to the famous pier. The room was spacious and clean, with a cozy and homey atmosphere. I loved the books on the shelves, it made me feel right at home. Another great feature was the friendly staff, who were helpful in providing maps and recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

One downside was that the rooms were not soundproof, so I could hear guests in the neighboring rooms. Additionally, the breakfast offered was just average.

It's wonderful little place to stay 1 mile away from High. The staff are extremely friendly, no reason to complain. We spent 3 nights and will come back.
